In the modern days, due to the popularity of dimsum, some Chinese restaurants have extended their serving for dim sum whole day.
When I was a little girl, my dad once a while will bring us to had dim sum early morning during the weekend, but is after we do our morning exercise. He want all of us to wake up early but somehow weekend is the only day you can sleep a bit longer as there is no school to attend.
I love dimsum but I think I love my bed more so I ended up missing the chance for dimsum. I started to fall in love with dimsum during my Uni time while I'm working part time in a five star hotel Chinese restaurants who mainly focus on dimsum in the morning. That time, I only work on Sunday together with my housemates. I get the chance to enjoy the most delicious dimsum food for free that I ever tasted and also all the Chinese tea. Of course never miss out earning some pocket money as well for my own expenses.
From that time, I started to grow the interest of making dimsum. I wanted to start with the dish that I love the most but I just somehow love most of them. Pretty greedy right? What to do,I'm a greedy dimsum eater haha.... I would like to share some dim sum recipes here with you, hope you enjoy as much as I do.
